WHO CAN APPLY
Any person male/female of the minimum age of 18 years, who has a National Identity Card number and proof of residence of the area in which a candidate is applying and must be able to read a car number plate from a distance of 20.5 meter (65′).

Information For Driving Learner
AGE LIMITS LEARNER PERMIT:
Motor Cycle/ Motor Car 18 Years
LTV (Rikshaw, Taxi, Tractor Commercial) 21 Years
HTV 22 Years
Required Documents For Learner Permit:
1 . A copy of N.I.C.
2 . A Ticket of Rs.60 from any Post Office.
3 . Get a Code Book of Traffic Rules & Regulation from Traffic Police Office / Post office.
4 . Medical Certificate (for the candidates of 50 years or more)
Note: Learner permits are issued on Daily Bases which Validity is of 6 months.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR PERMANENT LICENSE.
1. Application Form (A) within File Cover
2. Original Learner Permit of at least 6 weeks.
3. Medical Certificate
4. 3-Passport size fresh Photo Graphs(Attested)
5. An Attested Copy of N.I.C.
6. Paste a Ticket of Mentioned Fee on License’ Document
Information For Duplicate License
Required documents for Duplicate License:
1. Required Duplicate Application Form within File Cover
2. A copy of N.I.C
3. 2 Attested fresh Photographs (Passport size).
4. Report from Computer section for Computerized License or A certificate issued by relevant Post Office which expresses the expiry date of license.
5. FIR (Lost License report ) of the Police Station.
6. Tickets will be pasted according to the schedule.
Renewal of Driving License
The following documents are required for Renewal of Driving License:
1. Required Application Form 'E' within File Cover
2. Two Photographs (Passport Size), A copy of CNIC, Original Driving License, Medical Report and a Ticket of relevant License.
License is renewed for five years.
Information about Endorsement of Driving license
Following documents may be submitted in relevant office:
1. Endorsement Form
2. A Copy of Medical Certificate.
3. A Copy of N.I.C.
4. 2 Attested Fresh Photographs.
5. Original Learner Permit of at least Six Weeks.
6. Driving Tickets According to Schedule.
7. 1st license will be attached.
8. For Further Detail Please Contact Traffic Police Inquiry Office.
(International Driving License)
1. Required International Application Form within File Cover
2. An attested copy of N.I.C.
3. A copy of Valid Driving License issued from the concerned licensing authority.
4. A copy of Pakistani Passport valid for Atleast 6 Months with Visa.
5. 2 attested photograph (Passport Size)
6. Court Fee Ticket.
Note: Applicant will bring his/her original C.N.I.C, Driving License, Passport and a photo copy of VISA with him/her
